Return & Exchange Policy
✵ Once order been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
✵ There is NO exchange and refund arrangement due to ANY PERSONAL REASONS, such as size not fit, appearance not good, chromatic aberration, taste…etc. Each item is hand-printed and carefully checked before shipment.
In case of exchange items, customer need to settle the shipping cost by themselves.
✵ We will NOT accept returns for any reason after 3 days after item been received.
✵ Please ensure right size been purchased according to our size chart.
All sizes are measured manually and there might be 2-3cm variation comparing with actual product.
✵ Our photos are taken under sunlight/studio lighting equipment. Kindly be aware of chromatic aberration due to different environment and lighting system. Customers should take this into consideration and pay attention before final purchase.
Please note there will NOT be exchange/refund due to chromatic aberration.
Our store reserves the right of final decision on returns/refunds/exchange.
