Shipping Limitations
Whenever an order is placed and confirmed, goods will be shipped to the designated address by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website.
All purchases from this website are made pursuant to the shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to purchaser upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Purchasers are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Duties and Taxes
Purchasers are responsible for duties and taxes outside Hong Kong. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of the duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws.
Exchange and Refund Policy
All merchandise may NOT be exchanged after received within 3 days.
The WildMoose offer a no-refund policy on all merchandises, however, for merchandise qualifying for an exchange, item may be exchange for store credits which may be used at our shop ONLY.
"On Sale" & "Special Promotion" Merchandise may NOT be exchanged or returned. In case of return, purchasers are responsible to ensure all merchandise must be returned in sellable condition, otherwise, NOT exchange would be allowed.

The WildMose reserve the right to reject any form of exchange without the original receipt.
